Stay informed about how your debit card is being used. Customize your alert preferences and receive notifications for selected transactions, including online purchases, large purchases, and transactions made outside of the United States.

Transaction Control
Can’t find your debit card? Temporarily turn it off through Card Controls to help prevent unauthorized transactions. If you find it, you can turn it back on just as easily.

Turning your card off is not a replacement for reporting a card that has been lost, stolen, or compromised. If you believe your card is permanently lost or stolen, contact United Bank at 479.756.8811 as soon as possible.

Manage Your Travel Notices
Submitting a travel notice is a good idea so we aren’t surprised by debit card purchases from an unusual location, such as another state or country. We may flag those transactions as fraudulent and place a hold on your card until we can confirm. Letting us know when you are traveling helps us identify legitimate transactions quickly and ensures there is no disruption in your debit card use during your trip.

To submit a travel notice through Card Controls, simply select Travel notices and provide information for your trip, including the travel dates and destination(s).
