Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If your United Bank debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, let us know immediately by calling (877) 516-9417 or by contacting us online at wecare@united-bk.com. If your card is lost or stolen during non-banking hours, please call (800) 383-8000 and speak to a representative that will provide you immediate assistance. Please be prepared to provide your name and social security number for verification purposes.
